The Business Booster 2021

EBA250 team will be present at The Business Booster – the annual sustainable energy innovation event organised by EIT InnoEnergy – together with some of the solutions that are enabling the establishment of a competitive and sustainable battery industry in Europe.

Now in its 9th edition, The Business Booster cuts through the noise of the fast-growing sustainable energy sector, showcasing 150+ de-risked, commercially viable solutions in energy storage, transport & mobility, solar, wind, hydrogen, energy efficiency and more.

These solutions have gone through a rigorous assessment process from lab to launch and have the potential to make a global impact in the energy transition – a result of EIT InnoEnergy ’s 10+ years of investment in sustainable energy and a trusted ecosystem of 500+ partners from 18 countries.

Taking a closer look at the various industries contributing to our goal of reaching net-zero emissions by 2050, we will also be joined by high-profile speakers to debate and deliberate around this year’s theme “The new industrial revolution: sustainability, decarbonisation and digitalisation”.

As part of the event programme, the EBA250 team will host a session dedicated to “Investing in Sustainable Raw Materials to enable the Energy Transition” on 4 Nov, 13:45-14:45 CET. With a focus on the mining and the need for a development of sustainable supply chain for the battery industry in Europe, executives from industry and financial sector will share their visions of the future, and discuss what is in the making and what requires further developments. A wonderful opportunity to engage and contribute to this recently focused thematic area.
