What is the EBA Academy and how can you benefit from it?

We are pleased to invite you to join the second session of the EBA Academy webinar series that will take place on Tuesday 07 June, 16:00-17:00 CET.

In the first webinar, we explored the challenges related to skills in the race for green talent; the huge and growing number of new jobs across the battery value chain; the shortage of qualified workers to build a new battery industry in Europe and beyond; and the short timeframe available to ramp up, hire and train workers that will cover a very broad, and often new, set of skills.

We concluded the webinar with the clear take-away that we need to redefine and reposition this industry to make it attractive for young talent; and that new ways of interacting between industry and education are needed to address these challenges through a coordinated, global effort.
