Who has worked with the EBA Academy so far and how did they benefit?
We are pleased to invite you to join the third session of the EBA Academy webinar series that will take place on Tuesday 11 October, 16:00-17:00 CEST.
Did you know that the European battery value chain has already attracted more than €60 billion in investments and that this number is growing? And that batteries are now the fastest-growing storage technology in Europe and a key enabler of a low-carbon economy?
In our first webinar, we explored the challenges related to skills in the race for green talent; the huge and growing number of new jobs across the battery value chain; the shortage of qualified workers to build a new battery industry in Europe and beyond; and the short timeframe available to ramp up, hire and train workers that will cover a very broad, and often new, set of skills.
In our second webinar, we took a deeper look into the EBA Academy – a European initiative to upskill and reskill key workers across the continent and beyond – what we do, how we do it, and who we do it for.
In our third and final webinar in this series, we would like you to hear directly from three companies we have partnered with in Europe. They will explain:
- Their learning needs and pain points;
- Why they decided to work with the EBA Academy;
- Which learning products they used;
- What the outcomes were;
- How their organisation and people have benefitted from the partnership.
Speakers
- Anna Cato Moe, Project and Development Manager, Gothenburg Technical College
- Carlos Regalado, Battery Engineer & Project Leader, Power Electronics
- Dirk Vogel, Managing Director, RKW Sachsen
